Four things to have ready
| Tell us | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Your address | Dispatch and travel |
| What is happening | Sets the priority level |
| One fixture or the whole house | Separates a local blockage from a main line problem |
| Whether the water is off | The single biggest factor in how much damage there is |

Contact questions
What is the fastest way to reach you?
Phone, for anything urgent. Email is not monitored continuously and should not be used for water you cannot stop.
What should I have ready?
Your address, what is happening, whether it affects one fixture or the whole house, and whether you have been able to shut the water off. Those four answers let us triage properly.
Do you charge to come out?
For repair visits yes, and we state it on the phone before dispatch. If a page on this site solves it and you cancel, there is no charge.
I smell gas. Should I email you?
No. Leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility from outside. Do not wait on a contractor for that.
Prefer to just call?
Phone is fastest, and you will speak to someone who can triage it.
