What's wrong?
Find the sentence that matches what is happening. Each page opens with what to do before we arrive, then tells you what it usually is and how urgent it actually is.

About the index
What if my problem is not listed?
Call and describe it. These eight are the most common calls, not the only work we do. If it is genuinely not something we handle we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.
How do you decide the priority level?
By what happens if it waits. Water that keeps running or sewage in the house gets worse by the hour. A slow drain does not. We apply it honestly — telling you to book normally costs us an emergency fee.
Can I just book without calling?
Call is better for anything urgent, because we can triage it and sometimes solve it on the phone. For non-urgent work email is fine.
Do several of these ever have the same cause?
Frequently. A blocked main line can present as an overflowing toilet, a slow shower, and a sewer smell all at once. That is why we ask how many fixtures are affected before anything else.
Still not sure which one it is?
Describe it on the phone. Half of what we do in the first minute is working out which of these you actually have.
